Electromagnetic waves are invisible, yet they are all around us. Since the 1960s, military organizations around the world have recognized the need to test how electronic devices interact with one another. Today, this need extends to countless civilian applications.
KEMA Labs has been a leader in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing for over 40 years. Our state-of-the-art chamber for civilian applications spans more than 400 m² and supports loads of up to 13 tons, making it ideal for testing even the largest and heaviest equipment.
We perform advanced EMC testing for the automotive industry, using a large rotating platform capable of accommodating vehicles ranging from buses and heavy trucks to earth-moving machinery. To further expand our capabilities, we recently introduced a dedicated test facility for indirect lightning effects, specifically designed to support aerospace applications.
