Kema Labs LV test laboratories have been in operation for more than six decades. We have more than 15 test bays that can test that products meet international product design requirements and comply with international standards.
Panels are tested in our own labs against the IEC 61439-1 standard, and can be carried out at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz for global coverage.
Low Voltage Testing Services
Our laboratories conduct a wide range of low voltage testing services for low voltage equipment, including short-circuit, IEC 61439-2, IEC 61439-6, IEC 61643-11, IEC 61921 and IEC/TR 61641 , load switching and other IEC 60077-3, IEC 60269-2, IEC 60947-2 and IEC 60947-3 . We also have a temperature-rise test bay for LV switchgear and controlgear assemblies, together with power LV tests up to 180 kA.
Our exclusive set of Low Voltage Testing services is also extended by a brand new test bay suitable for testing of Battery Pack protection system, Battery Management systems and fuse-contactors used for the IEC 61992 railway DC switchgear standards electric vehicles have been recently developed in order to support our customers.
